I was up in NY last month shooting some photos of Jahmal for this project I’m working on called the Raw Material. He wanted to get a photo with Andy to go along with the photos I shot of him. It was the day after Dash Snow died and it seemed everyone was effected by it one way or another, and I remember talking with Andy about him and his passing. Last night I was randomly watching the day in the life with the Gonz on the 4star site. He called up Andy to get directions to a park, and I was reminded of the photos I shot that day of him. Little did I know that was the first and last time I would ever meet him, and the last time Jahmal would see him as well.
